September Watch List
We're all staying up to date with the news and reading some interesting articles about how to stay safe and stay informed. But this is not related to that, at all. This is a rundown on what we're reading, watching and listening to, to keep our minds and bodies healthy and moving, and a little bit sane! We'll share some more resources as we come across them. Here's how we're currently winding down.

My Life on The Road by Gloria Steinem - Julianne Moore will be playing Gloria Steinem in an upcoming film about her life (so far). This story is inspiring and really worth the read before the film comes out.
Epic Hikes of The World - A Lonely Planet book, it's one we mentioned in our last newsletter and lots of you have suggested your own local hikes. We'll curate a list from the Soap Tribe and share it here soon!
WATCH
Woke - This just released on Hulu. Granted, an Irish release of this is probably a ways off but definitely worth watching out for this one starring one of our favourite actors, Lamorne Morris.
Knives Out - A cracking cast and a classic Agatha Christie style 'whodunit'. Starring Toni Collette, Jamie Lee Curtis, Christopher Plummer and Don Johnson. It definitely calls for popcorn.
LISTEN
Back to Basics - We've been making great use of Spotify's playlists recently. Mainly for instrumental / concentration music. You can search "music for concentration" and find a few great playlists to get lost in. We're loving 'Lo-Fi Beats' at the moment.

Quick Pilates Moves and Demos - JFo Fitness has tonnes of short videos on her Instagram page that are very doable at all fitness levels. And, she's a local Meath business, just down the road from our factory in Slane.
Board Games - This article from NY Mag shares some great board-games for playing with your house-mate or your partner if you're not a big TV person, or you're just looking for a break from the screens.
Virtual Visits - Lots of zoos have webcams on certain animals so make sure to check out your local zoo too! Here are a few links to some of our favourites:
